Mr. Zhao is Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Economics, Zhejiang University; Chief Professor at the Zhejiang University Research Center for Private Economy; Expert enjoying the special allowance from the State Council. Member of the Zhejiang Provincial Government Advisory Committee; Vice President and Director of the Expert Committee of the Zhejiang Institute of Economic and Management Research; President of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta Economists Forum. He has served as a visiting professor at several institutions, including the University of Oxford (Nuffield College), ETH Zurich, and the University of Münster (Institute for Regional Economic Research); as well as at Kobe University, Ritsumeikan University, and the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (REITI) in Japan, as a visiting scholar or researcher.

His research interests include international economics, spatial economics, and the economic history of foreign countries. To date, he has published nearly 300 papers in both Chinese and English in domestic and international academic journals such as the Journal of World Trade, Economic Research, and Management World, as well as over 300 academic essays. He has authored or edited 19 books, including "Intervention in the Market" and "Ten Lectures on Advanced International Trade."

In China Chemical Fibers Association, Mr. Zhang is responsible for the technological development of the chemical fiber industry, research on regenerated cellulose fiber, brand building, energy conservation, and emission reduction. He participated in drafting works such as "The Yellow Book of Chemical Fibers: Guidelines for the Development of the Chemical Fiber Industry During the 13th Five-Year Plan," "The White Paper on Chemical Fibers: The Development of China’s Chemical Fiber Industry and Environmental Protection," and "The Blue Book on Chemical Fibers: Analysis and Forecast of the Economic Situation of China's Chemical Fiber Industry". He organized the compilation of the "Lyocell Fiber Application Trend Report", collaborated with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to revise, implement, and review the "Regulatory Conditions for the Viscose Fiber Industry." He organized the formulation or revision of national and industry standards, including "Viscose Staple Fiber," "Lyocell Staple Fiber," and "Technical Specifications for Evaluating Green Design Products: Viscose Fiber." He established the “Collaboration For Sustainable Development of Viscose (CV)” and engaged in extensive communication and cooperation with domestic and international brands, environmental organizations, testing agencies, and upstream and downstream enterprises to promote the sustainable development transformation of the industry.

Huang Wenbin, currently working in Sateri Group as the sustainability director, leading and promoting the sustainable development of the group. Mr. Huang has been working in the field of sustainable development for nearly 20 years. Before that, he worked for many well-known international institutions and participated in discussions on international sustainable development issues for a long time. He has rich experience in low-carbon transformation of industries, natural resource management and circular economy development.

Kevin Ding is now the chief analyst of CCFGroup. He has been engaged in viscose fiber industry research for more than 15 years and is now responsible for the research on mutual influence between cotton textile raw materials and macro economy. Mr. Ding has successfully forecasted the appearance of major market changes for several times. He has organized the largest worldwide Cellulose Fiber Industry Forum for 19 years and delivered speeches on Celco’s “Investing in Cellulose” conference in London for 15 years. CCFGroup viscose information covers 100% of global viscose industry and 95% of dissolving wood pulp industry. Some indexes have been taken as reference for contract settlement. During final ruling of anti-dumping cases, CCFGroup DWP index is the only reference index in the arbitral awards.

Rosa Xue is a former diplomat stationed in Africa. Since 2017, she has been working in the Trade and Investment Promotion Department of the Textile Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the International Trade Office of the China National Textile Industry Federation. She is primarily engaged in international cooperation and industry research related to foreign investment and trade in the textile and garment sector. She has participated in and completed several industry investment and trade research projects commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the CCPIT, as well as in the formulation of the 14th and 15th Five-Year Plans for the textile industry. She has also played a role in planning and organizing important international industry events such as the China Textile Industry “Belt and Road” Conference and the Asia-Pacific Textile and Garment Supply Chain Expo and Summit Forum. Additionally, she planned the establishment of the Global Liaison Office for International Capacity Cooperation in Textiles and has been deeply involved as the Chinese liaison representative in exchanges and cooperation between textile and garment industry associations in China and the ASEAN region.

At AFRY, Mr. Cordeiro leads strategic and business intelligence advice to global industrial players, with particular focus on cellulosic fibres, dissolving and paper grade pulp industries. During the last 10 years, he has supported several start-ups and business developers to conceptualize, analyse and implement novel technologies to produce sustainable textile fibres.

Christian Chavassieu is the Managing Partner of CelCo and has over 20 years’ experience in the cellulose industry. Previously he served as Global Sales and Marketing Director for Sateri (Bracell). He has also held positions with Buckeye Technologies Inc. (Georgia Pacific) as Senior Vice President of the Wood Pulp Division and with Chavassieu & Cie SA, a pulp and paper trading company based in France, as President. Christian also worked for Apple Computer and Schlumberger, in various finance executive positions. Christian holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York.

Currently, he is working as the general manager of Specialty Cellulose Wood Pulp of CNG (Hong Kong). Dr. Wang has been engaged in wood pulp technology and sales for nearly 30 years, and has extremely rich experience in the research and technology of specialty cellulose wood pulp. He has provided strong technical support and services for the start-up and production of some specialty cellulose wood pulp plants at home and abroad.
