Mr. Zhao is Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Economics, Zhejiang University; Chief Professor at the Zhejiang University Research Center for Private Economy; Expert enjoying the special allowance from the State Council. Member of the Zhejiang Provincial Government Advisory Committee; Vice President and Director of the Expert Committee of the Zhejiang Institute of Economic and Management Research; President of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta Economists Forum. Former Director of the International Economic Research Institute at Zhejiang University; Former Director of the China and Global Economic Policy Research Center of Zhejiang University and the University of Nottingham.

He has served as a visiting professor at several institutions, including the University of Oxford (Nuffield College), ETH Zurich, and the University of Münster (Institute for Regional Economic Research); as well as at Kobe University, Ritsumeikan University, and the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (REITI) in Japan, as a visiting scholar or researcher.

His research interests include international economics, spatial economics, and the economic history of foreign countries. To date, he has published nearly 300 papers in both Chinese and English in domestic and international academic journals such as the Journal of World Trade, Economic Research, and Management World, as well as over 300 academic essays. He has authored or edited 19 books, including "Intervention in the Market" and "Ten Lectures on Advanced International Trade."

In China Chemical Fibers Association, Mr. Zhang is responsible for the technological development of the chemical fiber industry, research on regenerated cellulose fiber, brand building, energy conservation, and emission reduction. He participated in drafting works such as "The Yellow Book of Chemical Fibers: Guidelines for the Development of the Chemical Fiber Industry During the 13th Five-Year Plan," "The White Paper on Chemical Fibers: The Development of China’s Chemical Fiber Industry and Environmental Protection," and "The Blue Book on Chemical Fibers: Analysis and Forecast of the Economic Situation of China's Chemical Fiber Industry". He organized the compilation of the "Lyocell Fiber Application Trend Report", collaborated with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to revise, implement, and review the "Regulatory Conditions for the Viscose Fiber Industry." He organized the formulation or revision of national and industry standards, including "Viscose Staple Fiber," "Lyocell Staple Fiber," and "Technical Specifications for Evaluating Green Design Products: Viscose Fiber." He established the “Collaboration For Sustainable Development of Viscose (CV)” and engaged in extensive communication and cooperation with domestic and international brands, environmental organizations, testing agencies, and upstream and downstream enterprises to promote the sustainable development transformation of the industry.

Huang Wenbin, currently working in Sateri Group as the sustainability director, leading and promoting the sustainable development of the group. Mr. Huang has been working in the field of sustainable development for nearly 20 years. Before that, he worked for many well-known international institutions and participated in discussions on international sustainable development issues for a long time. He has rich experience in low-carbon transformation of industries, natural resource management and circular economy development.

Kevin Ding is now the chief analyst of CCFGroup. He has been engaged in viscose fiber industry research for more than 15 years and is now responsible for the research on mutual influence between cotton textile raw materials and macro economy. Mr. Ding has successfully forecasted the appearance of major market changes for several times. He has organized the largest worldwide Cellulose Fiber Industry Forum for 19 years and delivered speeches on Celco’s “Investing in Cellulose” conference in London for 15 years. He is also appointed as the consultant by some enterprises and the independent director of a listed company.

Since 2017, he has been planning to combine industry informatization and commerce service. Currently, tailored financial service for viscose fiber supply chain has officially begun. CCFGroup viscose information covers 100% of global viscose industry and 95% of dissolving wood pulp industry. Some indexes have been taken as reference for contract settlement. During final ruling of anti-dumping cases, CCFGroup DWP index is the only reference index in the arbitral awards.

Liu Hui, Assistant to General Manager, Director of Product R&D Department, Tangshan Sanyou Group Xingda Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., senior Engineer, senior R&D professional in the cellulose fiber industry, Liu Hui has long been committed to product innovation of sustainable and functionally differentiated fibers, and promoted industrial chain connectivity. He has conducted in-depth joint R&D and long-term strategic cooperation with domestic and international textile and apparel brands in sustainable development, next-generation textile raw materials and other fields.

He has accumulated rich technical and practical application experience in differentiated fiber research, functional modification and process development. In recent years, in accordance with the strategy of Tangshan Sanyou Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., he has continued to make efforts in sustainable development, continuously enhanced R&D investment, vigorously promoted industrial chain collaboration and brand strategic cooperation, and successfully realized the large-scale market promotion and application of next-generation textile raw material fibers represented by TangCell™ ReVisco recycled fiber series.

Rosa Xue is a former diplomat stationed in Africa. Since 2017, she has been working in the Trade and Investment Promotion Department of the Textile Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the International Trade Office of the China National Textile Industry Federation. She is primarily engaged in international cooperation and industry research related to foreign investment and trade in the textile and garment sector. She has participated in and completed several industry investment and trade research projects commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the CCPIT, as well as in the formulation of the 14th and 15th Five-Year Plans for the textile industry. She has also played a role in planning and organizing important international industry events such as the China Textile Industry “Belt and Road” Conference and the Asia-Pacific Textile and Garment Supply Chain Expo and Summit Forum. Additionally, she planned the establishment of the Global Liaison Office for International Capacity Cooperation in Textiles and has been deeply involved as the Chinese liaison representative in exchanges and cooperation between textile and garment industry associations in China and the ASEAN region.

Craig Barker is a seasoned executive with more than 37 years of global experience in the cellulosic fiber industry. He has held C‑level roles for 27 years, including senior leadership positions at the Lenzing Group across Austria, Indonesia, the United States, and Germany, as well as roles with the Sateri Group in China and Brazil. Most recently, he served 12 years as CEO of Kelheim Fibres in Germany. Craig has led major expansion projects and successful corporate turnarounds, combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. He now leverages this experience to help companies develop resilient strategies, innovative business models, and new market opportunities in the bio‑based fiber sector.

Dr. Zhao Jun has long been engaged in in-depth research and strategic investment in energy chemicals and new materials. His research mainly covers the global energy structure, carbon neutrality, global natural gas, coal chemical industry, and petrochemical industry development trends. It also includes ethane and propane, ethylene and propylene, green hydrogen-green ammonia/green alcohol, methanol-acetic acid-vinyl acetate-EVA, synthetic ammonia-urea, high-carbon alpha olefins and POE, ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol, propylene oxide/polyether, fluorochemicals, PVC, ABS, nylon 6/66, biodegradable materials, DMC/EMC, DMF, DMAC, as well as energy and chemical logistics such as liquid chemical tankers, gas carriers, container ships, terminal storage tanks, and ISO tanks.

Dr. Zhao Jun has rich practical experience in strategic planning and investment, strategic organizational performance, and customer value management in the energy, chemical, and logistics sectors.

He serves as a strategic transformation consultant for many large enterprises, a special speaker at the 5th China International Import Expo, a VIP speaker at international and domestic energy and chemical conferences, and a regular roadshow speaker for financial institutions. He is also a contributor to several chemical industry journals, including "China Chemical News", "China Petroleum & Chemical Industry" magazine, and "China Chemical Information" magazine.

Mr. Cordeiro holds Master's degrees on Forestry and Business Administration. During his 30 years' career he has gained all-embracing knowledge of the wood-based industry value chains with focus on textile and papermaking fibres. His experience in management consulting ranges from forests & wood to pulp, paper and MMCF. At AFRY, Mr. Cordeiro leads strategic and business intelligence advice to global industrial players, with particular focus on cellulosic fibres, dissolving and paper grade pulp industries. During the last 10 years, he has supported several start-ups and business developers to conceptualize, analyse and implement novel technologies to produce sustainable textile fibres.

Christian Chavassieu is the Managing Partner of CelCo and has over 20 years’ experience in the cellulose industry. Previously he served as Global Sales and Marketing Director for Sateri (Bracell). He has also held positions with Buckeye Technologies Inc. (Georgia Pacific) as Senior Vice President of the Wood Pulp Division and with Chavassieu & Cie SA, a pulp and paper trading company based in France, as President. Christian also worked for Apple Computer and Schlumberger, in various finance executive positions. Christian holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York.

Oliver is a seasoned industry analyst and consultant, boasting over two decades of expertise in the global pulp and paper sector. Since joining Hawkins Wright in 2007, he has played a pivotal role as one of the editors of Pulpwatch, the firm's monthly newsletter. He is also the co-author of the Outlook for Market Pulp service and the principal author of the Outlook for Dissolving Pulp. His leadership in consultancy projects spans feasibility studies for pulp mills across Latin America, Russia, and Southeast Asia, and he is a frequent presenter at industry conferences.

Dr. Wang graduated from McGill University in Canada, and worked in the R&D department of the headquarters of Tembec, as a researcher and manager of R&D. And then he was sent to the Beijing Representative Office of Tembec International Company as the technical director and responsible for the sales of special fiber wood pulp. Currently, he is working as the general manager of Specialty Cellulose Wood Pulp of CNG (Hong Kong). Dr. Wang has been engaged in wood pulp technology and sales for nearly 30 years, and has extremely rich experience in the research and technology of specialty cellulose wood pulp. He has provided strong technical support and services for the start-up and production of some specialty cellulose wood pulp plants at home and abroad.

Ms. Kong Lingfang, currently a lead analyst at CCFGroup, has more than ten years of relevant work experience in the staple fiber industry. She has followed and paid attention to the virgin, recycled staple fiber and downstream markets, and has been engaged in industrial chain data integration and industry analysis. She has maintained close and continuous contact with Chinese PSF upstream and downstream enterprises as well as traders for a long time, and organized several PSF spot market trainings. In addition, she has led and participated in a number of PSF-related researches, mainly involving the market research on the internal product segment of the PSF industry, research on the launch of PSF futures on ZCE, and the market research on differential staple fibers. After PSF was traded in futures market, she has participated in roadshows of futures companies for many times and made presentations on related topics.

Cheng Sujing is currently a lead analyst of CCFGroup, responsible for cotton products and overseeing information services related to cotton, cotton yarn, cotton fabric, and textile and apparel products. With over ten years of experience in cotton industry chain research, she possesses a unique perspective on industry chain analysis, understanding, and judgment. She has excellent industry analysis, consulting, and research capabilities and has been invited multiple times to participate in major industry conferences to deliver keynote reports. The cotton textile industry forum she has led and participated in has successfully held eleven consecutive sessions, earning recognition from industry professionals and demonstrating significant influence.
