Conference Guide

【Attention】

1、For any question about the conference, please go to the information desk at the entrance of the conference hall.

2、All attendees for the conference are cordially requested to wear and scan representative badges. Attendees without representative badges are not permitted to enter conference hall or tea break area.

3、Documents include documents pouch, collection of conference presentations, representative badge, meal tickets, pen, etc.

4、Please turn off your cell phone or put it on silent mode during the conference.

5、Conference venue: New Century Hall, 4F

6、Attendees are requested to show the meal ticket to the lunch and dinner. (Breakfast is included in accommodation).

7、Guests can settle your bill with the deposit receipt and room card. Please check out before 12:00, otherwise, the additional fees will be charged. To assure good rest of delegates, the call after 23:00 in the room will be adjusted as “Please don’t disturb me”. Any call should be transferred by reception desk. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
