Zhang Zixin from China Chemical Fibers Association, delivered his report of Technology, green, and fashion-a study on the transformation path of viscose fiber.

The report is mainly divided into three parts:

1. Demand outlook for viscose staple fiber. Economic growth is the core supporting factor for the growth of fiber demand, and intelligent manufacturing has brought about a new technological revolution. Digital transformation is an inevitable trend in industrial development and the only way for enterprises to adapt to the digital age.

2. Standard conditions for the viscose fiber industry. For example, in principle, no new conventional viscose staple fiber and filament projects will be built. Exhaust gas emissions from viscose fiber production enterprises should meet the control requirements of national and local air pollutant emission standards. Viscose fiber production needs to be equipped with effective "three wastes" treatment or recycling devices, etc.

3. Green and sustainable products. Including ECO environmental protection series, recycling, non-wood-based fibers, new solvent system, etc.
