Huahui Information (Ding Jinqi, Moderator): All of you are successful entrepreneurs in the viscose industry. I'd like to ask how your companies are currently developing?

Xinhuayuan (Chen Zongli): We have jointly built platforms and shared resources. We have had a pleasant cooperation with Sateri, all for the development of the industry. The months of June, July, and August are the off-season for the viscose industry, and the market conditions may not be favorable. It is important to focus on improving our management level and increasing efficiency to ensure the vitality of our enterprises. We should only focus on three things: quality, variety, and branding, as they are the most important aspects.

Suzhou Zhenlun (Shen Yaohua): We need to have confidence in the cellulose fiber industry. Losses are only temporary, and the future will be better and better because downstream products and brands are improving. The viscose industry has gone through a rapid developemnt. In the past, there was overcapacity, but in the future, there won't be. For example, the development of non-woven fabrics.

Dezhou Huayuan (Li Yubin): We are a differentiated spinning company and are still developing in the viscose industry. Our philosophy is "small quantity, multiple varieties, and fast-selling goods." During that period, it met the industry's development needs. We hope to provide differentiated services to our customers. We not only provide yarn but also services. Ultimately, we need to move towards digitalization and establish a yarn platform.

Jiangsu Shixiang (Xu Xiaolin): We specialize in vortex spinning and initially targeted cellulose fibers. Currently, the industry is experiencing cyclical fluctuations, and the recent situation has not been very good. However, we believe it will improve in the future, especially for Lyocell fibers. Fibers are different from crude oil and will become increasingly scarce in the future.

Huahui Information (Ding Jinqi): Why did you choose Sichuan? What are the difficulties of cross-regional management?

Sichuan Jinyu (Chen Minxiu): Thank you, Mr. Ding. Your help has been significant for all of us. The steady increase in viscose prices has been very helpful to the industry. We chose Sichuan to reduce costs. The electricity cost there is less than 40 cents, and labor costs are low. Additionally, transportation is also very convenient. We have great confidence in the future.

Huahui Information (Ding Jinqi): In the ever-changing situation, what should companies do?

Zhejiang Hongyang (Zhu Jianwei): Differentiation is still the key. It is important to develop new varieties. Currently, labor costs and electricity costs are high in Zhejiang, but we persevere and continue our operations. I hope Huahui Information will continue to thrive, and it is crucial to instill confidence in the entire industry.

Huahui Information (Ding Jinqi): Could you share the challenges faced by your companies?

Zhejiang Hongyang (Zhu Jianwei): The electricity cost for our company is too high, around 7-8 cents per kilowatt-hour. We hope for price transparency.

Sichuan Jinyu (Chen Minxiu): The most important thing is to control the fluctuations in viscose raw material prices. It requires joint efforts from both upstream and downstream to stabilize prices.

Jiangsu Shixiang (Xu Xiaolin): Internal competition is not important. It is essential to focus on our own development and explore more markets.

Dezhou Huayuan (Li Yubin): It still depends on whether government policies can be implemented. The lack of unified standards for raw materials is often troublesome.

Huahui Information (Ding Jinqi): Mr. Shen, what is the area you most hope to break through now?

Suzhou Zhenlun (Shen Yaohua): It is different in coastal and western regions. All the difficulties are shared difficulties. The most important thing is for the entire industry to regain confidence without excessive pessimism.

Huahui Information (Ding Jinqi): What difficulties do you hope to solve?

Xinhua Yuan (Chen Zongli): Both upstream and downstream are experiencing losses, which is strange. The most important thing is to focus on oneself and ensure cash flow.
