The report is divided into three parts.

First, Mr. Zhao states the international changes and external environment of China’s economic operation. The international changes shall keep an eye on a reality, that is the start of new Cold War, and three important viewpoints: the relationship between the major powers in the East and West, the Sino-US confrontation replaces the Russia-US confrontation, which is the main thread; the collapse of the world economic governance system, which is the situation; the external environment of China's economic development, which is the landing point.

Second, Mr. Zhao introduces the economic situation in China and the world. He shows a view to watch the global economy by spatial economics, and states the recent situation of global economy, the problems and troubles and uncertain outlook. In addition, he also states the reasons for deceleration of China’s economy.

Third, the professor expounds on the choices Chinese companies face in this environment. The first is to see the general trend clearly, to find growth points in the reconstruction of the supply chain, and to find the entry point in the reconstruction of the value chain. Second, company shall know the effect of international changes, risk prevention, and look for new business opportunities from Sino-US decoupling opportunities. The third is to understand the short-term and medium-to-long term high-level strategy. Last, company shall seek for business opportunities in the era of technology revolution.
