Mr. Ding's report is mainly divided into three parts.
First of all, Mr. Ding summarized China cellulose fiber industry status. He made a review on the VSF price trend, cotton/VSF price comparison, VSF production capacity, and the relation between VSF price trend and currency changes.
Then, Mr. Ding introduced China cellulose fiber supply and demand. He analyzed the VSF capacity and utilization, influence of the COVID-19 in early stage, VSF international trade in 2020, promising future of lyocell fiber, supply of dissolving pulp, etc.
Lastly, Mr. Ding shared ideas on 2021 industry chain outlook. The growth of global fiber consumption was expected to rise by about 7% in 2021 compared with this year, but is hard to recover to the level in 2019. China cotton textile feedstock consumption may rebound after decline in 2020-2021.
