Mr. Li divides his report into 3 parts. 
I. Introduction of carbon disulfide industry. Carbon disulfide, with annual demand at about 700kt, is a relatively small-sized industry among the chemicals. However, due to the particularity of the product, there are risks and technical difficulty in the safety control in its production, storage and transportation, as well as in the waste treatment in its production. 

II. Carbon disulfide process development. There are total of three generations of production processes since the development of the carbon disulfide industry, charcoal, intermittent coke, and natural gas. 

III. Analysis of carbon disulfide market. Altogether 3 stages. First: Intermittent coke-based and natural gas-based carbon disulfide production process both existed during 2003- May 2015 and the price of carbon disulfide stayed low at 3,000-4,000yuan/mt. Second: this phase (May 2015 - December 2017) is the overall development period of natural gas-based carbon disulfide production process with the price of carbon disulfide products basically at the range of 4,000-5,800yuan/mt. Third(January 2018 - ): According to the analysis of relevant viscose associations, there is expected to be about 830kt/yr of new capacity for VSF industry in 2018.
