Liu Jianhong, Silk Roads International Production Capacity Cooperation Promotion Center (SRIPCC), presented her report of "Belt and Road" international capacity cooperation policies and opportunities 

In the first part, Miss Liu introduces the initiative of ¡°Belt and Road¡±, putting forward that the key of construction of ¡°Belt and Road¡± is the international capacity cooperation, covering the newly build, transfer and improvement of production capacity, taking the enterprises as the main part, to have win-win situation. The major fields are manufacturing industry, related infrastructure construction and energy/resource development, and the major cooperation forms are direct investment, project contracting, equipment trade and technology. 

The second part: the latest development and focus of international capacity cooperation in textile industry. Miss Liu presents the overall operating status of China¡¯s textile and garment industry in 2017: steady growth rate, sharp rise of domestic demand, recovery of overseas demand, active investment in East area and steady improvement of quality. 

The general trend of ¡°going global¡± in China's textile industry: presenting a trend of accelerating progress in multiple regions, industries, and forms; the awareness of key enterprises actively taking the initiative in international distribution; foreign investment forms: greenfield investment, equity mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and joint ventures, etc. From 2015 to 2016, China's foreign direct investment in the textile industry has entered a period of significant acceleration; Chinese companies set up overseas textile and garment production, trade and product design in more than 100 countries and regions, covering Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, Australia, Africa, etc. Key areas. The foreign investment in the textile industry covers almost the entire textile and apparel industry chain, from raw materials such as cotton, pulp, and hemp, to the manufacture of intermediate products such as cotton, wool, and chemical fiber, to garments, home textile products, and textile machinery. In 2017, the government strengthened supervision to guide companies in the right direction for overseas investment, and overseas investment returned to normal development. 

The third part: work of the Center 
The Center will provide enterprises with market-oriented, socialized and internationalized services by playing the advantages of alliance member companies, integrating international and domestic advantageous resources. Work objectives: full process + dual service.
